Dr Caroline Hayden

Besides being the director of Skin by Dr Caroline Advanced Skin Clinic Hertfordshire, Dr Caroline is also a qualified dentist (with 12 years of experience) and has 8 years of aesthetics experience. Working closely with her fellow team members, Dr Caroline leads the clinic with her positive and friendly approach and results-driven medical-grade treatments, with the sole purpose of ensuring our clients have the best possible experience and outcomes. 

Claire Maslen

Claire joined us in July 2018 and is a key part of our team. Claire constantly strives to learn more to enhance her knowledge of advanced skin treatments. She has many attributes she brings to the clinic, namely her experience in ‘all things skin’, her quick wit, and her love of her dog Dusty! She is kind, approachable, and takes time to understand her clients’ wants and needs. Claire has helped hundreds of her clients transform their skin through education, in-house treatments, and advice on home care products. 

Marina Othona

Marina is another of our advanced level 4 skin therapists. Marina brings her positive energy, inclusive outlook, and friendly personality to every appointment, making her clients feel involved, calm and ensuring that they are in good hands. Marina has a wealth of knowledge about skincare products, and guides her clients through an education journey to support their skin concerns at home. Marina is kind, caring and takes great pride in the fantastic results she achieves with her clients. 

Cheri Clayton

Cheri joined the team at Skin by Dr Caroline in 2021 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Her can-do attitude and growing confidence have ensured she is a perfect fit for our team. Her knowledge around skin conditions is vast, and she quickly builds a rapport with her clients. She works hard with her clients to ensure they all achieve the best outcome. She is always keen to learn more and takes everything in her stride.
