NeoGen Plasma uses nitrogen plasma to stimulate collagen, tighten skin, and improve texture. It reduces fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, and resurfaces skin for a smoother, youthful complexion. Results improve over 12–18 months. Available only to medical professionals for safety and effectiveness. 

Microcurrent therapy is a non-invasive treatment using low-level electrical currents to stimulate facial muscles, improving tone and firmness. It boosts collagen and elastin production, enhancing skin elasticity, and promotes lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness. Regular sessions are needed to maintain results. 

Lipocontrast Duo is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that utilises a technique called thermal contrast lipolysis to target and reduce stubborn fat deposits. The Lipocontrast Duo employs a triple thermal shock process, with an initial heating phase, then rapid cooling which causes fat cells to crytallise, and cell death, and then a final heating phase to restore normal blood flow and aid the lymphatic system in eliitating destoryed fat cells. This sequence is designed to maximize fat cell destruction while minimizing discomfort and protecting surrounding tissues.

Laser hair removal is a popular non-surgical treatment that uses concentrated beams of light (laser) to target and destroy hair follicles, significantly reducing hair growth in a specific area. At Skin by Dr Caroline clinics, we use both the Elysion Pro machine - a high-performance medical-grade diode laser device used for professional laser hair removal, and the Lumiere machine - a device with a YAG, alexandrite and diode laser combo. They are known for being fast, powerful, and effective across various skin types. Our laser technology offers deeper penetration to target hair at its root and its crystal freeze cooling heads maintain a constant cool tip (around 5°C) for enhanced comfort and safety during treatment. Suitable for all skin tones.

CryoPen uses a precise stream of cold N2O gas to freeze and destroy pigment-producing cells without harming surrounding skin. This causes the treated area to scab and peel over days, revealing clearer, lighter skin. The procedure is quick, with minimal discomfort and downtime. It can treat pigmentation, sun spots, seborrhoeic keratosis, warts, verrucas, skin tags and more. Moles can be treated by our GDC registered dentist and clinic owner Dr Caroline once you have obtained a GP note confirming the lesion is benign. 

Sclerotherapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that eliminates thread veins (telangiectasia) on the face, nose, and legs. Using thermocoagulation, a high-frequency current collapses and seals the vein, which the body then absorbs. It effectively reduces broken capillaries and redness, making it ideal for managing rosacea symptoms without downtime.

Dermal fillers are used to restore volume to areas of the face that may have lost fullness due to the natural ageing process. Common areas treated with fillers include the cheeks, under-eye area, nasolabial folds (smile lines), and lips. These fillers often contain hyaluronic acid or collagen-boosting ingredients, which help replenish volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. This restores a more youthful, refreshed appearance by filling in areas that may appear sunken or hollow. Dermal filler injectables are only performed by a practitioner on a medical register. 

Clear + Brilliant is a gentle, non-ablative fractional laser treatment designed to improve the skin’s overall tone, texture, and radiance. It creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin using tiny laser columns. These micro-injuries stimulate collagen production and encourage skin renewa, improving fine lines, pores, mild pigmentation, and skin texture. It also helps give the skin a brighter, smoother, and more even appearance. It’s milder than stronger fractional lasers, so downtime is minimal—usually some redness and roughness for a few days. Clear and Brilliant is often used as a preventative or maintenance laser for maintaining youthful, healthy skin.
